About Me

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Trento, specializing in how individuals and organizations make decisions related to environmental sustainability.
My research adopts a behavioral approach, focusing on uncovering the cognitive and social mechanisms behind sustainable and unsustainable choices. To achieve this, I primarily employ experimental methods, such as laboratory studies, to gain insights into decision-making processes.
Beyond my primary research focus, I also have a keen interest in behavioral strategy, organizational theory, and computational modeling.
Moving forward, I aim to integrate these areas into my research, enhancing our understanding of decision-making within complex organizational contexts.
