About Me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Trento, studying how individuals and organizations make decisions about sustainability using a behavioral approach.
Through laboratory experiments, I investigate the cognitive and social mechanisms behind sustainable and unsustainable choices.
I strongly believe that behavioral insights can guide policy, especially by adopting an interdisciplinary approach that includes organizational theory, systems thinking, and computational modeling.
I value collaborative research environments, where the workplace is a community of shared learning.
